New Years Eve up on mount Untersberg

It would be foolish to hike Kilimanjaro unprepared, therefore we did a little training in the Austrian Alps. The iconic mountain of Untersberg is full of legends about strange energies, time tunnels and creatures living inside of the mountain. On both our hikes no paranormal activity was observed. We took the Dopplersteig trail, which is quite challenging in winter, because the chains and ropes are being removed. We enjoyed the New Years Eve fireworks of Salzburg from above, while chilling in our sleeping bags.
